About the Role

As our Install Plumber, you'll be responsible for installing, replacing, and maintaining water heaters and water treatment systems. From tankless water heaters to water softeners and reverse osmosis units, you'll ensure each system is installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard-while giving homeowners confidence in your work.

What You'll Do

• Install and replace tank and tankless water heaters
• Set up water treatment systems (softeners, filters, RO units)
• Conduct pre-install inspections for proper system fit and safety
• Connect plumbing, electrical, and gas components as needed
• Test systems for proper function and educate clients on usage
• Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company policies
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and maintain tools/equipment

What You Bring

• Valid Washington Plumbing License (PL01 or PL02)
• Gas Mechanic 1 endorsement
• Experience installing water heaters and treatment systems
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing and water filtration
• Ability to troubleshoot, solve problems, and work independently
• Clean driving record, ability to pass background/drug screening
• Physically able to lift, bend, and work in tight spaces as needed
• A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction

Salary Description:

$35.00 - $45.00 / hour DOE + Commission
