We're supporting a reputable industrial group in Pasir Gudang to recruit a Compliance Officer – Communication & Training. This role is crucial in shaping and promoting a strong compliance and integrity culture across the organisation by delivering impactful communication strategies, training initiatives, and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Communication & Advisory

Develop and manage internal communication strategies on compliance and ethics.

Provide policy guidance to business and support units regarding ethical conduct.

Review and update compliance-related policies to reflect regulatory standards.

Act as the point of contact for compliance-related queries from internal teams and third parties.
2. Compliance Training & Awareness

Design and deliver training programmes and awareness campaigns on compliance topics.

Roll out training initiatives aligned with the annual compliance training plan.

Report regularly to senior management and the Board on training outcomes and engagement.
3. Compliance Review & Monitoring

Conduct periodic compliance reviews to ensure alignment with internal codes and legal obligations.

Evaluate internal control effectiveness and identify compliance gaps.

Monitor and report on non-compliance incidents and key compliance risks.

Ensure ongoing process improvement within compliance practices.
4. Other Compliance Support Areas

Who We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a relevant discipline.
Experience:

1–3 years of experience in compliance, ethics, internal audit, or a related field.

Familiarity with codes of conduct, business ethics, and regulatory compliance frameworks is preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
