You'll play a key role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics for wind power plant installations across Northern & Central Europe. Technical Operations is part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in installing and servicing a great number of SCADA systems, controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our mission is to transform a group of wind turbines into a fully operational power plant that meets contractual and regional specifications.
Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.

Responsibilities
- Carry out warehouse operations including stock keeping, stock movements, and inventory control
- Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP
- Unpack and pack goods, ensuring proper labeling and handling
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Create and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Update Jira projects and communicate effectively with Project Managers and other stakeholders
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, organizing, and keeping the warehouse tidy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid working knowledge of SAP for inventory and logistics processes
- Valid forklift driving certificate/license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., tables, filters, basic formulas)
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- We prefer Basic to intermediate knowledge of Jira and any additional training in logistics, warehouse management, or IT tools is a plus

- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in inventory records and data entry
- Organizational Skills: Manages tasks efficiently and maintains a structured work environment
