We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse employee to support our SCADA systems operations in Videbæk. You'll play a key role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics for wind power plant installations across Northern & Central Europe. Technical Operations is part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in installing and servicing a great number of SCADA systems, controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our mission is to transform a group of wind turbines into a fully operational power plant that meets contractual and regional specifications.
Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out warehouse operations including stock keeping, stock movements, and inventory control
• Enter and maintain accurate data in SAP
• Unpack and pack goods, ensuring proper labeling and handling
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Create and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Update Jira projects and communicate effectively with Project Managers and other stakeholders
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, organizing, and keeping the warehouse tidy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid working knowledge of SAP for inventory and logistics processes
• Valid forklift driving certificate/license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., tables, filters, basic formulas)
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• We prefer Basic to intermediate knowledge of Jira and any additional training in logistics, warehouse management, or IT tools is a plus
