Service - Vestas Wind Systems A/S - Global Service Operations
Join the Vestas Global Service team as a Personal Assistant to members of our Senior Leadership Team, where you will contribute to the Global Service agenda alongside senior leadership. In this vital role, you will manage senior leader's priorities, coordinate key initiatives, and serve as a trusted gatekeeper to ensure efficiency at the highest level.

As the Personal Assistant to members of the Global Service Senior Leadership Team, you will join our Global Service team. This team guides Vestas' Service agenda in close collaboration with our Regional Presidents and Regional Service organizations.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide general support to two Senior Vice Presidents in the Global Service Senior Leadership Team and to ensure a smooth and efficient daily agenda for them and their organisations. Furthermore, it is important that you can act as a "gatekeeper" and allocating your time efficiently by understanding and prioritising the requirements.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel planning and bookings to ensure seamless scheduling and logistical support
- Monitor and review incoming emails regularly to identify action items, ensuring timely follow-up and integration into task planning and workflow processes
- Presentations, minutes of meetings and general correspondence
- Occasional preparation of reports and PowerPoint presentations for Senior Leadership
- Cross-functional project coordination and administrative tasks within the Global Service functional area
- Ambassador of culture, a deployer of new company initiatives and a driver of diversity and inclusion
Qualifications
- BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance, languages, business administration or similar
- Experience from a similar position in an international company (C-level experience)
- Background in administration, documentation or finance
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and SAP
- Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Competencies
- Service-minded attitude and versatility to effectively deal with variable and dynamic environments
- Able to plan ahead for the needs and requirements of Senior Leaders
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling tasks with discretion and confidentiality
- Personable and respectful demeanour, with the capacity to engage effectively with colleagues across all positions
- Open and effective at establishing trust-based relationships
- Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills
