Vestas Technology & Operations > Frontend Engineering & Technology

Vestas Technology & Operations (VTO) is the integrated CTO & COO organization of Vestas along the entire industrial system from Technology to Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality. On technical matters VTO interfaces with Vestas regional business units through its Frontend Engineering & Technology (FE&T) organization comprised of 5 Regional FE&T organizations lead by Regional CTOs and 5 Global Functional Leads for individual functional communities & centers of excellence. The Frontend Engineering & Technology function is on an exciting transformational journey to establish one technical accountability across the regional value chain, operating globally across 5 regions. We thrive as technical frontend teams, leading in maximizing value and managing risk across the full lifecycle delivering reliable sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to provide general support to one or more SVPs and ensure a smooth and efficient daily agenda for the organisation. Furthermore, it is important that you can act as a "gatekeeper" and allocate your time efficiently by understanding and prioritising the requirements. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
  • Proactively organising the annual wheel of activities and operational scheduling needs for the function
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel planning and bookings to ensure seamless scheduling and logistical flows
  • Coordinating, setting and moderating the agenda for the Management meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, follow up on content delivery and on resulting actions after the meetings
  • Preparing presentations and speeches, providing information on various aspects of the business and preparing related material for strategic decisions
  • Supervising the execution of projects with moderate complexity
  • Coordinating and contributing to internal social media, internal newsletters and to external media


Qualifications
  • BA degree in a relevant field of study, for instance, languages, business administration or similar
  • Proven professional experience in a position with similar requirements/ or comparable business environment in an international company
  • Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Experienced in all MS Office applications and general affinity for IT tools and systems
  • Ability to create properly designed material in Power Point and Word, fit for use on Executive level
