We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring high-quality service that meets customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Install HVAC components and systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Complete work orders, service tickets, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in clean and working condition.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• NATE certification.
• Experience with smart HVAC systems and digital controls.
• Familiarity with mobile field service management tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred.
• EPA Universal required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum [2-5] years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform job duties in various weather conditions.

Salary Description

$17-25 + uncapped commission and spiffs
