Commercial Asset Manager Job Description Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $45-55/hr Job Description: The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing and maximizing the value of renewable energy assets. This includes overseeing the performance, maintenance, and financial aspects of the assets to ensure optimal returns on investment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement asset management strategies for renewable energy projects Monitor and analyze asset performance to identify opportunities for improvement Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts Manage financial aspects of assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Oversee maintenance and operations of assets to ensure optimal performance Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field 3+ years of experience in asset management, preferably in renewable energy Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of renewable energy industry trends and regulations
