This Position reports to:
Country Holding Officer

We are looking for a Corporate and Statutory Financial Controller to lead results analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Group's strategic projects in France.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the analysis of results for French legal entities and produce reports for the Executive Committee and the Group.
• Carry out statutory closings in line with regulatory requirements and in collaboration with external auditors.
• Lead the forecasting process and evaluate intra-group investments.
• Optimize cost structure, cash flow, and working capital in coordination with the treasury team.
• Ensure compliance with French accounting standards and US GAAP, and implement internal controls.
• Contribute to external growth projects, scope rationalization, and the management of Corporate functions.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance or DESG minimum.
• At least 5 years of experience in an audit firm.
• Mandatory expertise in French accounting standards and US GAAP.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestitures is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
• Fluent in English (working language).
