Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85,500-110,100 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Oversee daily order processing through supply chain, production and shipment coordination
- Use Oracle ERP systems to manage system workflows, production scheduling and inventory
- Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards for KPIs and support decision making
- Lead, train and empower a team of order fulfillment associates and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field
- 5 years of experience in Order Fulfillment
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems
- Proficiency in business reporting tools (e.g. Oracle BI, Power BI, Excel)
- Proven ability to build trust and lead effective teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- APICs CPIM certification
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs
