Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization's vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation division in Merida, Yucatán.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Patch and vulnerability management using tools like Qualys
• Implementation of AI-based solutions for efficient patching
• Developing and implementing PowerShell and BASH scripts
• Virtualization in VMware and Azure environments
• Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Installation of Windows and Linux servers/clients in a domain environment

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in IT or electrical engineering, or a strong interest in working in the IT field
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Based in Mexico, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate with European teams
• Good communicative level of English (B2+) for daily communication (emails, conference calls)
• Overview in the IT field - patch management, vulnerability scanning, installation of operating systems, networks, virtualization, scripting, server administration
• Willingness to learn and continuously educate oneself in the developing field of industry
