Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician looking to supplement your income while maintaining work-life balance? Elevate Home Services is growing fast and is now hiring part-time weekend technicians to join our team!

This role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays-you're welcome to work additional days if desired, but weekend availability is a must. Even if there are no calls on Sunday, you'll still be paid a minimum of 4 hours, ensuring your time is valued.

What You'll Do:

• Expertly troubleshoot and execute repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Identify potential maintenance issues and risks associated with equipment.
• Diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, providing accurate solutions.
• Promptly and efficiently perform emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
• Maintain strict compliance with appliance standards and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Consistently meet service standards, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer requirements.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships while continually enhancing your understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• A strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development within the HVAC field.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Enjoyment in interacting with people, coupled with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Demonstrated aptitude for working independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfort and proficiency in working efficiently in confined spaces, prioritizing safety and quality in all tasks.
