HVAC Mechanic

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday, overtime as required.

Position Summary: LECO is seeking an HVAC Mechanic to handle the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment across 15 buildings in St. Joseph and Benton Harbor, Michigan. This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maintain a comfortable environment in these buildings. LECO will provide a vehicle to drive during regular work hours.

Position Responsibilities:

• Install, Maintain, and Repair HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Maintain repair records of equipment, inventory used, and work completed reports using our E-Maintenance program.
• General Building Maintenance.

Position Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Climb ladders, operate lifts, and forklifts.
• Work overtime and weekends when required.
• Clean driving record

Education/Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 + years of proven HVAC experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
