Job Title: Lead Generation/ Appointment Setter (LATAM - Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: 100% Remote - Available only to candidates in the LATAM region
Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Compensation: USD $1,300 - $1,600/month (Based on Experience)
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialist based in Latin America, fluent in both English and Spanish, to support business development efforts through research, outreach, and CRM management. This remote role plays a crucial part in generating leads and coordinating with internal stakeholders to schedule meetings with potential clients in the public sector, including government agencies and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Research
  • Identify and research relevant contacts within city agencies, NYC public schools, M/WBE contractors, and advertising/media agencies.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Checkbook.nyc, and Pipedrive to gather contact data.
  • Compile complete and accurate contact details: full name, title, email, phone, organization name, and address.

2. CRM Management (Pipedrive)
  • Enter and update lead information in Pipedrive on a daily basis.
  • Maintain clean, well-organized data and ensure proper segmentation.
  • Track communication stages and set follow-up reminders as needed.

3. Email Outreach
  • Execute daily outbound email campaigns using approved templates.
  • Personalize outreach according to the recipient's role or organization type.
  • Manage responses and forward qualified leads for internal scheduling.

4. Scheduling Support
  • Use Calendly or email to coordinate meetings.
  • Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded and tagged in Pipedrive.

5. Weekly Reporting
  • Submit a summary including:
    • New contacts added
    • Emails sent
    • Replies received
    • Meetings booked
Performance Expectations
  • New Leads Researched: 100+ per week
  • Emails Sent: 100-150 per week
  • Qualified Replies: 3-5 per week
  • Meetings Booked: 1-3 per week
  • CRM Accuracy: 100% data cleanliness and up-to-date status
Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, particularly LinkedIn
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with structured, repetitive outreach tasks
  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting performance targets independently
