About the mission we offer you:
As part of Technip Energies France's Human Resources Department, you will be joining the HRIS team. You will be involved in various projects and will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring the use of all information systems for the HR Department. You will support users in their experience, train them and help them if necessary.
Your tasks will be the following:
Starting Date: September 2025
Duration: 24 months (2 years)

- Participate in certain project phases with the project manager
- Support users of HR tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes via the HRIS
- Improve data quality
- Continuous improvement
- Knowledge capitalization
- Train and support users of the Group's HRIS tools
Starting Date: September 2025
Duration: 24 months (2 years)
About you:

- You are preparing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems (or equivalent).
- You are fluent in English and have a facility for structuring and modeling concepts.
- You are a team player, performance-oriented and results-driven.
- You are autonomous, structured and organized.
- You have a sense of autonomy, rigor and organization.
- Communicative and reactive, you are proactive and have an ability to synthesize information.
