About the mission we offer you:

HR Development :

• Follow-up of annual performance review campaigns, objectives, etc.
• Participation in the construction and monitoring of the training plan
• Participation in the management of the apprenticeship tax
• Participation in the animation of the entity's intern and work-study network

Social relations :

• Support for the preparation of the monthly Social and Economic Committee and the Monitoring Committees for the agreements in force
• Preparation of answers to monthly questions from staff delegates
• Participation in the implementation and monitoring of company agreements (e.g. Profit-sharing, Quality of Life at Work)
• Possibility of participating in meetings with the Staff Representative Bodies

Internal communication

• Regular updating of our entity's intranet pages
• Various writings and support for the various projects and events
• Participation in the organization of internal events

Quality of life and working conditions

• Participation in the updating of the DUERP / PAPRIPACT
• Participation in the analysis of QWLC barometers and implementation of actions

• Your level of study is at Bac +4/5 and you are developing your curriculum in the final year of a Master's degree in Human Resources and/or Business Schools / Grandes Ecoles.
• You are comfortable with the practice of English and the tools of MS Office.
• You are organized, responsive and have a good ability to analyze and think.
• You like to work in a team, you are curious and open to your environment.
• You have a great sense of confidentiality.
