As an HVAC Installer at Willard Heating and Cooling you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial buildings. This includes setting up ductwork, wiring, thermostats, and related components according to specifications and building codes. You will work closely with team members to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality installations. Attention to detail, safety, and a strong understanding of HVAC systems are essential to your success in this role

What you Will Do:

• Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.
• Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.
• Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Drive a company truck and ensure that it is properly maintained.

What You Need:

• Must have an EPA License
• Minimum 1+ years as a HVAC Install Technician or completion of a certified HVAC program from an accredited trade school
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity

Responsibilities

What YOU will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

Who YOU Are:

• 0-3 year experience as an installer
• Able to pass background and drug test
