Digital Finance is a part of Digital Solutions supporting and enabling the Global Finance Organisation. The department includes six Product Owners for various digital capabilities and a team of Trade Flow specialists. The Product Owners work closely with Finance as their functional customer, collaborating to understand challenges and requirements and translating them into initiatives with relevant prioritization. The department has a sister function, also in Digital Finance, that manages technical enablement and delivery.
The team continuously works to evolve the digital toolbox for Vestas Finance.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of product team that delivers digital solutions for Tax and Regulatory Compliance needs
• Partner with Tax team to evolve and improve the digital toolbox for the Vestas Tax department (Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, etc.)
• Drive the business requirements gathering for business initiatives and prioritize these to ensure compliance and optimization of costs and cash flows for the group through Tax related activities
• Inspire the Vestas Tax community with available technologies and digital roadmaps

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Financial Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years working experience with finance processes and systems in a global company
• Experience working with project management, change management, communications and stakeholder management
• Well-developed analytical skills, with ability to structure work with complex problems and derive solutions
• Experience working with SAP
• Fluency in English is important. Proficiency in another European language (e.g. Danish) is an advantage, but not a requirement

Additional information

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with an expectation to work on-site at least three days per week.

Travelling of 10-15 days per year is to be expected.
