The Legal Secretariat is a paralegal function supporting corporate tasks and documents across Vestas. From our office in Copenhagen, we manage the processes and formalities related to the execution of documents - primarily corporate and sales-related.
The Legal Secretariat also supports a number of key corporate workflows and cross-functional processes.

The Legal Secretariat is a paralegal function supporting corporate tasks and documents across Vestas. From our office in Copenhagen, we manage the processes and formalities related to the execution of documents - primarily corporate and sales-related.
The Legal Secretariat also supports a number of key corporate workflows and cross-functional processes.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in supporting and coordinating tasks with the in-house legal team, combining legal administrative expertise with a service-minded approach
- Collaborate with colleagues to process and manage legal documentation and provide legal and administrative support across multiple areas, including Sales
- Maintain and develop legal templates, support professional development within the team, and contribute to a well-functioning office environment
- Assist with notarisation tasks where applicable and organise case-related materials
Qualifications
- Educated Paralegal, experienced Legal Secretary, or holder of a degree in Business Administration or a comparable professional background
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a legal or corporate environment, including legal administration, case management, or legal operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Decisions) and familiar with legal document and case management systems
- Experience supporting legal teams in areas such as disputes, contracts, compliance, or process improvement
- Written and verbal communication skills in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage
- Knowledge of Danish legal procedures and documentation standards
Competencies
- Well-organised and able to manage time effectively, prioritising multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Comfortable working with legal software, document workflows, and digital archiving, with a focus on accuracy and structure
- Able to work independently with sound judgment and collaborate across legal and cross-functional teams
- Professional and confident in representing the legal team when liaising with external counsel, stakeholders, and visitors
- Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a service-oriented approach
- Able to communicate clearly and navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced legal setting
