Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the PAEN in Ostrava. Main stakeholders are B&P in Germany.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the PAEN in Ostrava. Main stakeholders are B&P in Germany.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
- Provides technical support to the Sales team during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers and offers product/ solution/service-related training
- Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
- Working closely with sales and B&P team in Germany
Qualifications for the role
- Master's degree in electrical engineering as minimum
- Fluency in English (B2 and above)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- The ability to work independently and take initiative, responsible approach.
