Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

We are looking for a new team member for the newly opened position of Project Planning & Controls Specialist at the European Operations Center in Ostrava.

Do you want to be part of prestigious global projects in the field of industrial automation and Industry 4.0? We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Project Specialist, who will closely collaborate with project managers and engineers on project management and implementation. You will work daily with the SAP system and communicate in English with colleagues from around the world.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Proces Automation in Ostrava.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing projects and entering project orders in the SAP system
• Detailed planning and control of project costs
• Supporting the project manager in managing projects in SAP
• Performing control activities based on audit outputs
• Collecting data for invoicing and tracking invoicing milestones
• Preparing documents for invoicing and communicating with customers regarding invoices
• Processing travel expenses from the service technicians' tool
• Supporting the sales team with opportunities in the Salesforce system
• Close collaboration with the project manager and the controlling department

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Has a high school/university education, ideally in economics or finance
• Can communicate in English - both written and spoken
• Has experience with the ERP system SAP (knowledge of PS, MM, or SD modules is an advantage)
• Enjoys working with numbers and has an eye for detail
• Can work with MS Excel
• Does not mind working in a virtual team
