Weatherford have a great opportunity for an experienced Facilities & Fleet Supervisor to the join the team in Luanda, Angola.

The Facilities & Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating three critical operational areas: real estate, fleet management, and personnel logistics for Weatherford's Angola business unit. This position plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Operations

• Manage Weatherford's real estate portfolio in Angola, including offices, workshops, warehouses, and residential properties.
• Oversee facility maintenance, security, and utilities management.
• Negotiate and administer lease agreements and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
• Develop and implement space optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with local authorities on property-related matters.
• Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, and service providers.

Fleet Management

• Oversee Weatherford's vehicle fleet in Angola, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, and specialized equipment.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to maximize vehicle availability and lifespan.
• Manage vehicle acquisition, registration, insurance, and disposal processes.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and Weatherford's HSE standards.
• Analyze fleet utilization data to optimize vehicle allocation and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with drivers and implement driver safety programs.
• Investigate and report on vehicle incidents and accidents.

Personnel Logistics Management

• Coordinate personnel movements between offshore installations, field locations, and Luanda base, ensuring timely and efficient crew rotations.
• Manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and visa/immigration requirements for expatriate and local employees.
• Develop and maintain emergency response protocols for personnel evacuation scenarios.
• Liaise with third-party logistics providers to optimize personnel transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with Angola's immigration regulations and Weatherford's global mobility policies.
• Maintain accurate records of personnel movements and associated costs.

General Management

• Develop and manage operational budgets for assigned areas.
• Prepare regular performance reports and analytics for senior management.
• Define and manage KPIs for the areas of responsibility.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across operations.
• Ensure compliance with Weatherford's global policies and procedures.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and risk management.

Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas facilities operations management.
• Proven experience in real estate operations but experience with fleet management and personnel logistics is also preferred.
• Strong understanding of HSE principles and practices in industrial environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Angolan labor, immigration, and transportation regulations.
• Local Angolan Driving License.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field. An engineering degree would also be considered.
