Fully remoteHere at Chubb Fire and Security, we have an opportunity for a Senior demand generation specialist to join us as Head of Demand Generation.
This senior role within our Marketing and Communications team will see you translate commercial priorities into tactical campaigns that directly support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across priority segments.
We are open to applications from candidates based in Blackburn, Nottingham, Staines and Chalfont St Peter. Mobility is key as there will be travel required to all of these locations.

What You'll be Doing as Head of Demand Generation
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of demand generation specialists, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to understand go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Develop and deliver integrated multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, paid media, etc.) aligned to business priorities.
- Tailor campaign activity to key verticals, using insight-led content and value propositions.
- Work closely with third party campaign management agencies
- Define and optimise the lead funnel (from capture and scoring to handoff and conversion).
- Work closely with CRM and digital teams to support lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns.
- Track and report on key metrics, including MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-converting assets: landing pages, email sequences, case studies, and ads.
- Support the creation of buyer personas and market segmentation models based on research and collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
- Encourage curiosity, innovation, and experimentation with emerging trends and technologies.
What We Would Like You To Bring
Proven experienced in a B2B demand generation, digital marketing or campaign management role, preferably in a services or technology driven environment
You will have:
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing or demand generation teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel mechanics.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (specifically HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to make decisions based on insight.
- Natural collaboration and strong influencing skills across marketing, commercial, and sales teams.
- A curious mindset with a passion for testing new tools, channels, and tactics.
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies preferred
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and cross-sell / upsell campaigns desirable
- Ability to travel within the UK as required
