This Position reports to:
Canada Marketing & Sales Mgr
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective division sales strategy within Canada and maintain it, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization to achieve the sales targets, through high performance.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification distribution solutions division in Canada.

This role is contributing to the Electrification distribution solutions division in Canada.
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Developing and nourishing relationships with customers
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.
- Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.
- Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
What it takes to run what runs the world
- You are highly engaged in and enjoy working with Opportunity management tools and market data.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing a high performing team with 10 years of experience in sales including 3 years in the Canadian market.
Possess an enhanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite and SFDC. - You are passionate about empowering the team and enabling them with the right tools, systems and KPI's
- Have a demonstrated track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets with an Extensive knowledge Electrification distribution Low and Medium voltage equipment
- You are at ease communicating in English, and communicating in French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- You hold a valid driver's License and authorized to work in Canada.
