This Position reports to:
HR Operations Team Lead
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Compensation & Benefit and Payroll, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

This Position reports to:
HR Operations Team Lead
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Compensation & Benefit and Payroll, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:
- Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Interact with external vendor, support on employee queries and HR community
- Perform annual & monthly Compensation, Benefit and Payroll tasks according to deadlines.
- Enter data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.
- Support the team on ad hoc activities.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor' s degree
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit and Payroll field.
- Good knowledge of compensation, benefit and payroll rules, preferably "Dirigente" and metal-mechanical national labor contract;
- You are interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function
- Good knowledge of Workday, Microsoft Office, SAP (preferred) and Excel skills;
- You have excellent communication skills and customer service orientation, proactive attitude, analytical skills and good attention to detail
- You have a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can do" attitude.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
