About the Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to repair a wide range of standardized drive units and assemblies. Every day, you will ensure the best possible and most cost-effective solutions to technical issues. You will demonstrate your expertise by applying the "first-time-right" approach and completing tasks on time and in accordance with quality standards.

Location: Motion Traction, Untersiggenthal

Your main responsibilities include:

• Repairing and testing devices, assemblies, and components
• Ensuring compliance with specifications regarding quality, quantities, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Collaborating with other departments to solve problems and contribute improvement suggestions
• Updating essential work documents and supporting customer acceptance procedures

Qualifications for the Role

• Completed apprenticeship (EFZ) as an automation technician, electrical fitter, electronics technician, or comparable electrical engineering qualification
• More than 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field, ideally with additional training in energy technology
• Solid knowledge of SAP and IT systems is an advantage
• Responsible mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German; English skills are a plus
