Job Description Summary
As a Fluids Engineer, you will be responsible for developing thermal management system models grounded in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics principles. This role requires a system-level understanding of fuel, lubrication, and hydraulic systems to ensure effective design and optimization of these critical components.
Also, you will contribute on the design and procurement of fuel and oil component for the next generation of commercial engine products, focusing on CFM RISE demonstrators; coordinating with different stake holders to ensure correct execution and delivery
You will interface with different disciplines such as Software, Controls, Prognostics and Health Management and Electrical Systems.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the RISE team and ensure on time delivery on Fluid Component design
- Follow up on established plans for task execution to meet program milestones
- Effectively support the Engineering organizations, meeting the KPIs and business targets defined (such as OTD, FTY, Savings, budgets) as well as identifying leading indicators
- Close collaboration with engineering organizations (local and global) towards a clear vision and short/long term priorities alignment
- Maintain resource flexibility to adapt to the dynamic environment
- Collaborate with global peers/teams towards a Lean execution. Drive Lean ideas locally
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
- At least 1 year of experience working with Control Systems, PHM, Electrical or Fuel Systems on New Product Introduction or similar processes
- Experience presenting technical topics to Electrical Systems experts to obtain approval
- Solid contribution in a similar role or previous position
- Demonstrated outstanding technical skills and experience aligned with the team's scope
- Demonstrated skills or the ability to document, plan, market, execute, control, close, and manage tasks
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English
