This Position reports to:
Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to the organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific Marketing, Sales, or Service organization, as applicable.

This role is contributing to the { Finance funtion} in {Xiamen/Beijing/Shanghai} . Main stakeholders are { ELDS CN Marketing & Sales } .

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyzing the business performance versus budget and forecast and proposing improvement actions; and performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar sites within ABB.
• Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and assessing impact to the service organization with special focus on service profitability, service costing/hourly rates, and over/under-absorption analysis.
• Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions.
• Providing information to the management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Qualifications for the role

• 3-5 years multi-national manufacturing company finance and controlling working experience
• Bachelor or above degree major in finance & accounting, business intelligence or data analytics
• Strong knowledge and experience in sales marketing analysis and ability to demonstrate your experience in dimensional analysis
• Sufficient knowledge and experience on financial analysis and budgeting/planning. Possess an enhanced knowledge of internal control and integrity
• Highly adaptable capability and excellent communication skills especially the ability to interact effectively cross-functionally
• Experience of using SAP is preferable; any advanced analytical tools exposure (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, power automate) will be a plus
• Result-oriented and strong team spirit
