Activities

Recruitment tasks:

• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Responsible for posting vacancies on various websites (internally or externally).
• Conduct HR interviews for junior roles. - Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Handle induction program for new joiners.
• Responsible for the registration process for different recruitment activities.
• Participle in different recruitment activities such as employment fairs.

Training tasks:

• Act as focal point of for our E-learning platform (Lizzy) and We Care (service portal).
• Responsible for extracting Lizzy different reports.
• Responsible for training vendors creation, and following up with vendors till the end of the cycle
• Responsible for booking TEME Academy and coordination between the training vendors and Academy.
• Responsible for sending all invites to attendees and gathering the training feedback
• Assist in Summer internship program

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English language
• Very organized and Strong ability to work independently
• Has Sense of priority and urgency
• Excellent communication skills
