This Position reports to:
Distribution Solutions Business Manager

Your Role:

• Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR initiatives with overall business and people strategies, ensuring HR adds measurable value through collaboration with business functions and Shared Services.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Oversee the execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with legal and internal standards, and uphold ABB's safety and integrity values.
• Change Management & Communication: Drive change management and continuous improvement, while fostering effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
• Talent Development & Partnership: Partner with managers to develop people strategies, coach and motivate teams, and ensure the HR team is well-organized, skilled, and aligned with business goals.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor's degree in human resources with 5-7 years of HR Business Partnering experience. (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience in multicultural settings, including blue-collar hiring and labor relations.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Workday.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
