Job Description Summary
Technical modelling suit of products within CES SAMA organization is responsible for enabling new deal to win profitable service orders, CMR teams to validate CSA agreements profits and fleet modelling team to come up with hardware configurations used simulating future shop visits.
Sr. TPM in this role will be responsible for operating in accordance with domain leaders & senior product manager, for the successful delivery of a product throughout its lifecycle. You will have the responsibility to define descriptive requirements, as well as partner with the development team to deliver product features and functions by balancing customer need with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt. You will partner with functional owners, senior product managers and end users to understand business need and ensuring product development drives outcome.

Role Overview
In this role you will
• Build product and industry knowledge in the Commercial Engine Services business domain and help organization to gain the competitive edge to build the NPI modelling for CMR / New deal and Fleet modelling users.
• Interact with customers/stakeholders across organizations in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback (NPS)
• Works with cross-functional teams deliver features and major, complex products.
• Possess a deep understanding of the AWS technology stack and its impact on final product.
• Routinely collaborates with UX, Architecture and engineering teams on multiple issues and decisions.
• Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas and create value stream maps.
• Demonstrates expert persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
• Owns the release and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
• Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 2-4 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
• Learn and demonstrates kills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
• Engages frequently (50%+ of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
• Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.
• Partners with Development Leadership to ensure healthy development process and measurable Product KPIs.
• Provide technical leadership to TPMs across organization. Learn and apply Agile Methodology: Coaches others in the scrum team.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/STEM disciplines with 3-5 years of overall experience.
