JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements that will fulfil the customer
needs.
• Determine course content according to objectives.
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
• To coach personnel on the daily operations of the rig controls (Amphion or Cyberbase Controls)
• provide advice during drilling operations and assess the competency of the drilling staff while using the rig
controls.
• recommend training to further develop the skills of the drilling personnel.
• Work closely with all relevant departments to support and train internal and external customers in NOV
technological fields.
• Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs and courses.
• Developing training materials to support the needs of the market.
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:

Education/Qualifications:
• Technical qualification relevant
• Experience as a driller
Experience Required:
• Proven experience as technical instructor
• Solid knowledge of NOV Rig equipment's and systems (Operation Amphion and Cyberbase)
• Experience with Drilling equipment.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Preferred to have experience in designing technical course content.
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
Key Competencies & Skills:
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint)
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
