Your Role: Own the Challenge

As the Global Product Manager for HMI Solutions, you will shape the strategy and define advanced industrial PCs and software ecosystems that bridge customer-centric services with AI-powered hardware and software platforms.

Your primary activity will be to expand our HMI product portfolio with innovative solutions that deliver customer experience. In addition, you will manage integrated hardware/software solutions throughout their entire lifecycle.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring optimal market positioning and presentation of our HMI products and solutions
• Supporting and closely cooperating with our international sales team during customer meetings and events
• Defining business cases for future investments based on market analysis and regular engagements with partners and customers
• Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, software teams and your peers in product management to push for innovation

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• A degree with a focus on technology or business administration or significant business experience in a comparable area.
• Solid technical background and proficiency in industrial automation systems
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management and strategic planning with a strategic mindset
• Ability to work across all company departments with a focus on Sales, R&D and software
• Proficient marketing skills to drive an efficient marketing mix, along with effective leadership, social, and communication abilities.rience with AI and related ecosystems is preferred
• Fluent in German and English
• Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 4.341,85 - € 4.762,59 gross per month as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
