Vander Hyde Mechanical - a family-owned company with over 36 years of service in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical trades - is hiring a Commercial Construction HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Install, replace, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency
• Interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Work on rooftops, in tight spaces, and from various heights
• Lead or assist a team of installers on job sites
• Ensure installations comply with all local mechanical and safety codes
• Deliver quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction

• What You Bring

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and codes
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver heavy equipment
• Familiarity with hand tools (must provide your own)
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule & Location

• 4-day work week | Monday-Thursday | ~6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Work is performed on-site within our service area in West Michigan
