Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a new team member for the newly opened position of Project Specialist at our European Operations Center in Ostrava.

As a Project Specialist, you will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Controller in the area of project management and execution. You will use SAP daily, communicate in English, and become an important member of the project team for our customer in Norway.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Proces Automation in Ostrava.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Entering project orders in SAP and managing project data
• Planning and controlling costs and revenues, setting up payment milestones
• Monitoring actual costs and revenues against budget and forecasts
• Preparing and collecting documentation for invoicing, issuing invoices, and communicating with customers regarding billing
• Close cooperation and active communication with the Project Manager and Project Controller
• Project closure activities

Qualifications for the role

• Secondary or university education (preferably in economics or finance)
• Communicative level of English (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience with SAP ERP (knowledge of PS, MM, or SD modules is an advantage)
• Attention to detail and a passion for working with numbers
• Experience with MS Excel
• Willingness to work in a virtual team
