AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Junior Oracle Analyst (EPM).

In this role you will be part of the organization's worldwide Center of Excellence (CoE) for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software. The CoE team are partners with corporate Finance and its mandate is to assist in the finance functions and process through the technology.

We are looking at extending the current team with individuals in Canada, UK, Romania and India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our current EPM applications, managing metadata, supporting users with technical issues, and participating in the preparation of training materials and testing plans for new functionalities.

This role will be based in Bucharest, Romania.

Your role within the team:

• Work closely with the different corporate departments (Consolidation, FP&A, Treasury and Tax) and with all department sectors
• Operate and maintain existing EPM applications
• Manage and update metadata within the EPM system
• Provide support to finance end-users on monthly closes, quarter closes and yearly closes
• Handling tickets raised by the finance end-users and resolving them within the SLAs as defined
• Assist in growing the Oracle CoE capabilities in customer services and system enhancement
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for users
• Develop and execute testing plans for new functionalities and updates
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Process Flows, including daily processes, abnormalities related to the EPM applications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of EPM applications.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Oracle EPM applications.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Understanding of financial statements and financial related data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with financial data.
• Understanding of FCCS and ePBCS application configuration dependencies and interrelationships between components.
• Knowledge of FCCS and ePBCS dimensionality, and administration of metadata and business rules.
• Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting process and general financial knowledge.
• Knowledgeable of the financial services industry and financial systems.
• Extensive knowledge of end user tools including SmartView and Financial Reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective manner in order to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Romanian. Fluency in French (an asset).
