KBR is seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals for its Advisory and Consulting Team. The primary goal of this role is to support the team in planning and executing various projects and ensuring that the Client's expectations are met or exceeded through technical excellence, innovation, and efficiency. Secondary goal is to also support the overall Advisory and Consulting Team growth through business development and sales generation. The successful candidate, who is expected to have a solid technical background, will be assigned in multi-disciplinary projects within the various sectors including Oil & Gas, Energy, and Manufacturing Sectors, to name a few. Typical projects that he/she will be managing with support from the Principal Consultant include Due Diligence Audits (Environmental and Social or Technical and Operational), Regulatory Reviews, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments or AMDAL, ESIA scoping, Lender's Environmental and Social Advisory, and other services that are required in the Consultancy and Pre-FEED projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide input into a range of consulting projects through the operation of sophisticated internal models such as techno-economics analysis.
2. Develop new analyses, create and deliver presentations and reports.
3. Support the Director and other Principals in developing creative advisory solutions tailored to clients' bespoke requirements.
4. Desktop responsibilities include, but not limited to, leading proposal, pre-project and technical report preparation. Secondary responsibilities include support to the Principal consultant and the team in business development and marketing.
5. Optional field responsibilities (occasional site visits may be needed) include, but not limited to, subcontractor supervision (if applicable), health and safety supervision, performance of the technical scopes of a project, site coordination and permitting, and periodic reporting to the Project Manager.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, chemistry, geology, hydrogeology, or any science or engineering-related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
2. At least 10 years of experience in consultancy.
3. Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills (experience in recording/writing detailed technical data and reports is a plus). 4. Advanced knowledge of relevant Indonesian environmental regulatory requirements, policies and compliance.
5. Awareness/knowledge of ongoing market trends in Indonesia and ability to identify potential growth areas to support KBR's Advisory and Consulting business
6. Strong commitment to safety, including compliance to established Health & Safety protocols.
7. Ability to maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal to no supervision.
8. Interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
9. Very good to excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, GIS, CAD, or similar).
10. Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral).

- Responsibilities in proposal development include procurement (supplier/subcontractor selection, coordination with suppliers/subcontractors, requests for quotation and negotiation, etc.), resourcing and scheduling.
- Responsibilities relating to pre-project preparation includes providing guidance to consultants in logistics (supplier/subcontractor coordination, client/project site coordination, and scheduling), work plan reviews, health & safety documents preparation, etc.
- Report preparation includes performing quality assurance and control (detailed reviews) to ensure data are in 'report-ready' format (including data review and verification, calculations, interpretations, and photo-documentation).
- Support to business development and marketing through development of marketing and presentation materials and initiate regular client meetings and engagements
