The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for owning critical aspects of project finance, operations, pricing, and special projects that are integral to the formulation and execution of the IGS Solar strategy. This role entails complex analysis, financial modeling, market research, competitive analysis, and developing a comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Solar industry and the factors that influence it.

Salary Range:
$72,420.00 - $115,870.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.

The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for owning critical aspects of project finance, operations, pricing, and special projects that are integral to the formulation and execution of the IGS Solar strategy. This role entails complex analysis, financial modeling, market research, competitive analysis, and developing a comprehensive knowledge of the Residential Solar industry and the factors that influence it.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IGS's proprietary residential solar pricing models.
- Regularly engage with business development and finance teams to understand partner and business pricing needs. Gain a complete understanding of the underlying economics that drive profitability and advise senior leadership on installation partner pricing strategies.
- Use expertise in the Residential Solar industry in order to understand, track, and model installation partner project pricing models under a variety of dynamics: federal and state incentive value changes, utility rate fluctuations, fair market value volatility, fund underwriting changes, competitive analysis and develop models that support the entry into new markets as IGS Solar scales the business.
- Implement updates to installation partner pricing on IGS's financing platform.
- Run models that analyze pricing and product mix scenarios, customer collections and defaults, and project pipeline performance. Present findings to leadership team and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist the Executive team with "special projects" such as new product designs, new market entry, and strategic solar equipment procurement.

- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for business case analysis and financial modeling
- Strong communication skills; exceptional listener, articulate speaker and excellent presentation skills
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or other applicable field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, marketing, or management consulting
- Experience in Renewable Energy or Financial Services industries a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working for a residential solar financier or developer
