WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage daily inspection operations to ensure timely and accurate inspection of incoming, in-process, and final products.
• Supervise a team of inspectors and NDE technicians; provide training, guidance, and performance management.
• Review and approve inspection documentation, including dimensional reports, material test reports (MTRs), and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Ensure all inspections comply with oil and gas industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and customer audits.
• Maintain proper calibration and functionality of inspection tools and NDE equipment (e.g., UT, MPI, LPI).
• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams to identify root causes of defects and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Track inspection KPIs and drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
• Ensure the timely release of quality-approved products to meet operational deadlines and client delivery expectations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of inspection experience in oilfield manufacturing or service operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial inspection role.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as API, ASNT, ISO 9001, and ASME
• Strong working knowledge of NDE techniques and visual/dimensional inspection practices
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Proficiency with inspection and quality documentation systems
• Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
