Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice. We are seeking a remote GL and Integrations Lead located in India or Philippines. This role will focus on mapping, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and accurate financial data flow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, mapping, and documentation of payroll, finance, and ERP integrations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Solution Architects, Payroll, and Finance to gather requirements and build integration plans.
• Provide GL expertise to support ERP mapping and financial data accuracy.
• Oversee integration testing and validation, ensuring seamless system functionality.
• Work with systems such as Lyric, ADP Workforce Manager, and Celergo.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience in integration design and mapping across HR, payroll, and finance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and General Ledger (GL) processes.
• Familiarity with Lyric, ADP, or global payroll systems is a plus.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity starting in August 2025 with an initial duration through January 2026, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full time (40 hours per week)
