Job Summary:
KBR has a requirement for a Subject Matter Expert III to Support USSTRATCOM J56 by providing extremely high-level subject matter expertise for work described in the task. Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require higher level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation. Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Provide advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order. The subject matter expert shall have an in-depth knowledge of the key technical areas and the support of those areas. The Subject Matter Expert must be able to handle task specific questions and engage in advanced problem solving. Support may include physical testing, analyze data, and interpreting information. Prepare recommendations and solutions for specific areas in question. Provide leadership and direction to team members working on the same project. Will have extensive experience in studies and analysis in specified field, analysis of emerging and advanced trends in said field. Has experience in the preparation of assessments, systems implementation plans, systems integrations and system test and evaluation for field of expertise. Be able to coach and provide feedback to the team.

Work Environment:
- Location: On-Site at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska.
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard, full time
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 20 years of experience
- Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert in advocating for funds through the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System - 20+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- In lieu of formal education, at least 28 years of progressive related experience in a specific field is required.
- Active Top Secret security clearance (TS/SCI)
