Job Purpose
The Punchlist Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the resolution of all punchlist items during the construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the project. This role ensures that all deficiencies are properly documented, tracked, and resolved in accordance with project specifications and quality standards, supporting the successful completion of the project.

Job Purpose
The Punchlist Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the resolution of all punchlist items during the construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the project. This role ensures that all deficiencies are properly documented, tracked, and resolved in accordance with project specifications and quality standards, supporting the successful completion of the project.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to identify, document, and track punchlist items related to construction activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, construction teams, and quality assurance to facilitate timely resolution of punchlist deficiencies.
- Ensure punchlist items are completed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of all punchlist activities, updates, and completion status.
- Participate in regular project meetings to report on punchlist progress and challenges.
- Verify that rectifications are completed and inspected before closing out punchlist items.
- Assist in the handover process by ensuring all punchlist items are completed to client and project standards.
- Support site safety standards during all inspections and activities.
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient project closeout.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in site-based brownfield projects in the oil & gas sector.
- Extensive knowledge of construction standards, procedures, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and punchlist tools (e.g., Excel, project-specific software).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and construction drawings.
- Experience in managing and documenting deficiency resolution processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
- Prior experience working in Iraq or the Middle East is advantageous.
