What You'll Do

As a key part of our refrigeration team, you'll handle system start-ups, basic controls programming, and performance tuning on a variety of commercial systems.

• Start up, test, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems: parallel racks, walk-ins, cases, chillers, etc.
• Perform refrigerant evacuations, pressure tests, and verifications
• Wire and program EMS systems (CPC, Novar, Danfoss) - training provided
• Handle small installs and upgrades (cases, condensers, valves)
• Support retro-commissioning and utility program updates
• Ensure quality workmanship, job site safety, and timeline completion

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience with commercial refrigeration HVAC start-up systems
• Experience with parallel racks, walk-ins, cases, chillers, and brazing
• Familiarity with economizer setting & EMS controls (basic wiring or programming a plus)
• Ability to read refrigeration/electrical blueprints
• EPA certification & TDLR license preferred
• Valid driver's license
