We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events, support HR marketing and our visual presence.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, such as preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts, such as drafting newsletters or announcements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.


Qualifications/Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of the Czech language.
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
  • Basic knowledge of the English language is a plus.
