Job Description
Position Overview:
As an Intern in Sales Demand Generation, you will support the sales team in identifying and generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving demand for our services and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in sales and marketing within the data analytics and insights industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales-led demand generation initiatives to generate opportunities on existing and new accounts.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Act and engage with programatic discipline to make sure all initiatives are started, executed, and deliver as planned, and any roadblocks are promptly identified and taken action upon.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales-led initiatives with overarching marketing campaigns, and to match and leverage existing content and materials that resonate with target sales audiences.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings like DG Councils, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Native in Italian and good level of English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
