Additional information
The position can be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, Madrid, Spain, or Chennai, India. To ensure good collaboration and alignment with the team, you'll be expected to work on-site at least three days per week.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for digital talent solutions in close collaboration with People & Culture stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that stakeholder needs and user perspectives are reflected in product decisions; champion a user-centric approach to development and continuous improvement
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Prioritize the product backlog and lead agile ceremonies with a cross-functional product team
- Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, data analysts, and business partners to deliver high-impact features
- Ensure continuous improvement of the product based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering digital solutions within the Talent Management domain, such as performance management, succession planning, or learning & development
- 3+ years in a Product Owner or digital product management role
- Strong experience with HR or Talent Management platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Experience with product discovery methods, such as user interviews, journey mapping, hypothesis-driven development.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across global and cross-functional teams

- Skilled at engaging with diverse stakeholders, aligning expectations, and maintaining collaborative partnerships across functions
- Strategic thinker with good business understanding and a genuine interest in digital innovation
- Clear communicator with facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable plans
- Empathy for users and a clear focus on delivering value through intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and track outcomes
- Collaborative and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset
