Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supervision of business robotics project execution
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders, both internal and external
• Monitoring project schedules and budgets
• Collaborating with project participants in the above areas
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key project stakeholders
• Cooperating with direct supervisors and the executive team to develop long-term growth strategies
• Regularly reporting on your work and actively tracking its progress
• Overseeing the safety of ongoing work, both on-site and at client locations

Qualifications for the role

• Higher technical education in Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management. Preferred: experience in robotics, knowledge of the industrial automation market, and familiarity with suppliers in the robotic applications segment
• Ability to concisely report work progress, present key conclusions, and define action plans
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure and client expectations. Ability to work in an international environment
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, AgilePM)
• Category B driving license
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office; knowledge of SAP
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
