This Position reports to:
ELDS Sales & Solutions Leader, APAC
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification in Japan.

This role is contributing to the Electrification in Japan.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- As a sales specialist in the Electrification Business Division, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities for products.
- Our main products are electrical control equipment (high-voltage load break switches, circuit breakers, contactors, fuses, high-voltage switchgear, and protective relays).
- Build long-term customer relationships and propose solutions to specific customer needs and issues.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- College/University graduate or higher
- JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
- Able to read and write, no allergy to English
- Enjoys sales work (work that generates numbers)
- New business development sales experience (5+ years)
- Willing to do new business development sales, no allergy to it
*Experience solely in B2C is also acceptable. - Experience with industrial electrical products *preferred
