Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Cedar Rapids, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Turbine generation projects and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects in the field. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for renewable energy projects Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues Prepare and present project status reports to senior management Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 5 years of experience in project management managing medium to large sized, complex project PMP certification is highly desirable Experience managing Combined or Simple Cycle Gas Combustion Turbine generation projects Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
