JOB DESCRIPTION
Wood is currently sourcing an experienced Boilermaker / Pipefitter to support our new Project at the Iona Gas Plant in Port Campbell.
We are looking for candidates with strong commitment to safety, enjoy working in a team, self-motivated and can prioritise work to meet deadlines.
To be considered, applicants must have full Australian working rights.

Wood is recruiting for a skilled and motivated Boilermaker / Pipefitter.
Location: Port Campbell - site based (accommodation and meal allowances provided during the week).
The successful candidate must be available to commence work on 8th September, with the assignment running for approximately 18 weeks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will undergo medical and background checks, and will be required to provide certificates, tickets before undergoing medical.

Skills & Qualifications
- National Recognised Trade Certificate
- Trade qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Oil & Gas
- Work Safely at Heights - RIIWHS204E (within 2 years)
- Confined space & EWP advantageous
- Proven ability to follow and apply good HSE principles and behaviours
- Proven ability to work within a team
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exposure to working with Work Area Permit Systems
- High attention to safety, quality and team collaboration.
