People & Culture > Executive Business Partnering

You will become part of a unique and engaged team called Executive Partnering & Services, which supports Vestas' executives and global business areas with HR business partnering as well as conducting global business transformations.

This team acts as trusted advisors to Vestas leadership and translates business strategy into tangible P&C initiatives and activities contributing to a diverse and inclusive working culture.

The focus will be on supporting effective leadership, talent management, drive efficiency, , and enhancing value creation, utilizing the full potential of the P&C organisation. The Global P&C Business Partner will work in a global matrix structure with direct line to the Head of Executive Partnering & Services, and a dotted line to the business. The main stakeholders will be Vestas' senior management teams, as well as the colleagues within the P&C organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Translate global functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and exceed their goals
  • Support and collaborate with the talent organization to ensure line of successors for critical positions - Build bench strength
  • Advise the business leaders on driving workforce planning and build required capabilities in the organization, drawing on P&C experts
  • Act and fully contribute as the trusted HR Partner for leadership teams incl. driving the annual People & Culture cycle activities
  • Coach leaders on their people and business leadership to help them develop their leadership capabilities and act as a role model
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee behavior, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions


Qualifications
  • The role requires an HR and/or business profile with a minimum of 3 years' experience, gained in a complex global matrix organisation
  • Relevant Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, combined with solid knowledge of HR tools and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate diverse stakeholder environments
  • Experience supporting change programs and workforce efficiency efforts across business functions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are seen as useful in a global setting
  • Ability to connect business strategy with people practices and organisational development

  • Ability to transform HR knowledge into business value through practical application
  • Coaching and counselling skills to support leadership, organisational development and driving efficiency efforts
  • Trusted advisor who is reliable in relationships and able to influence with credibility
  • Clear and compelling communicator, able to articulate the People & Culture vision across the organisation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand stakeholder direction and lead change from the front, energising the human side of the organisation

Additional information

The position based in Aarhus , Denmark. To ensure good collaboration and alignment with the team, you'll be expected to work on-site at least three days per week.
